Social responsibility of business implies the obligations of the management of a business enterprise to protect the interests of the society.

According to the concept of social responsibility the objective of managers for taking business decisions is not merely to maximize profits but also to serve and protect the interests of other members of a society. Every business will have to come forward to contribute their share towards the society. Considering India, the youth population of our country is one of the biggest assets, moreover if India would be able to produce cross culturally well trained manpower then the youth asset can be utilized at its fullest.
